Your Life Is Ending One Minute At A Time

“This is your life and it’s ending one minute at a time.”

The more time you spend focusing on other people’s lives (particularly on social media) the more it detracts from your own and the more depressed and anxious you will likely be.

You aren’t just the average of the people you spend the most time around in person, you’re the average of all the people you follow on social media.

I was explaining to someone yesterday that all the people we follow online influence our values, beliefs and trajectory in life.

Average out their characteristics, values, income, health and relationship quality.

Then ask yourself.

Am I satisfied if I become the average of these people?

If not, upgrade your circle and go to places more successful, healthy and wealthy people are.

This is the reason I follow 0 @alexanderemmanuall and give myself an arbitrary cap of 100 on @strengthofsaad

Do you get it?
